Key Responsibilities

Business & Account Management

In partnership with the account lead and senior management, you will anticipate future needs and prepare operations for sustainable growth. Provide support to Producers, Project Managers, and Account teams in their daily operations through a comprehensive understanding of all processes. Assist in formulating production strategies, documenting workflows, and thoroughly analyzing tools and software while balancing regional specifics with global consistency. Evaluate and refine processes, collaborating with the global team and clients to enhance operational efficiency. Aid in the development of documentation and training resources to foster continuous improvement.

Operations & Delivery Management

You will maintain a broad perspective, ensuring oversight across various regions, disciplines, and workflows. Schedule, monitor, and prioritize tasks, ensuring the right resources are available to deliver high-quality production work while maintaining project profitability. Optimize resource allocation in collaboration with project leads to ensure all team members are effectively utilized and billable. Address logistical challenges to enable team members to work at peak performance and quality. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate. Assess team utilization and billability monthly, aiming for an 85% billable utilization rate, and collaborate with other operational leads to share resources as necessary. While assigning tasks, consider team morale, growth, and work-life balance, ensuring the right opportunities are presented to our talent.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead by example, actively engaging in problem-solving and addressing challenging requests. Empower team members to take ownership, make decisions, and manage their projects autonomously. Enhance collaboration between your team and the various capabilities and communities within the organization. Serve as the primary contact for all team members and collaborators. Address performance concerns promptly and take corrective measures to ensure team members meet expectations.
