Job Description

The Head of CRM will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
  2. Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
  3. Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  4. Setting specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  5. Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  6. Suggesting new methods to address customers' needs
  7. Tracking marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  8. Assisting with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
  9. Reviewing and selecting CRM software that meets our company's needs
  10. Conducting market research to follow trends and competition
  11. Responsibility for the CRM strategy to all sets of customers
  12. Following internal processes and managing stakeholders to maximize the potential from the customer data
  13. Defining measurable KPIs and regularly reviewing campaigns against strategic objectives
