Job DescriptionThe Head of CRM will be responsible for:
- Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
- Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customers
- Setting specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Suggesting new methods to address customers' needs
- Tracking marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
- Assisting with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Reviewing and selecting CRM software that meets our company's needs
- Conducting market research to follow trends and competition
- Responsibility for the CRM strategy to all sets of customers
- Following internal processes and managing stakeholders to maximize the potential from the customer data
- Defining measurable KPIs and regularly reviewing campaigns against strategic objectives
