About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Billing and Credit Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire Order to Cash process, from receiving customer orders to final payment.
- Review and verify customer orders and contracts.
- Process customer invoices and credit notes while working on clearing any exceptions in the process.
- Collect money from customers by submitting statements of account and dunning unpaid amounts.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting principles and practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policy.
Requirements- Experience in a shared service center is desirable.
- ERP (SAP, Gideon, Dynamic 365, Oracle) experience is desirable.
- Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity.
