Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as issue ratio and online refund ratio to optimize business performance.
  • Identify and acquire new merchants to expand the active merchant base.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure seamless execution of TFS activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience managing B2B accounts.
  • Business administration degree.
  • Excellent English language skills.
