Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as issue ratio and online refund ratio to optimize business performance.
- Identify and acquire new merchants to expand the active merchant base.
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure seamless execution of TFS activities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience managing B2B accounts.
- Business administration degree.
- Excellent English language skills.
