Job Purpose:

The Customer Success Sr Analyst will play a critical role in driving client success and growth through our platform. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, promoting our services, and collaborating with internal teams to drive improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized strategic plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • PROMOTE OUR SERVICES TO EXISTING CLIENTS, IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR UPSSELLING AND CROSS-SELLING.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve our services based on customer feedback and ideas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Business Administration/Communication/Law or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with advanced English level.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with leaders.
