Welcome to Capio Vårdcentral Broby, the small healthcare center with a big heart. We're easily accessible by bus, and if you drive, you'll find free parking. Our team of 20 friendly healthcare professionals takes care of approximately 5,500 listed patients – today and throughout their lives.
Our daily work is varied, and we work together as a team around our patients. We respect and support each other, and we know that our differences develop us – both in our professional roles and as individuals. Our team is stable and secure, with a strong collaboration between the different professions. We work together, and you can expect a lot of support from the medical team and your colleagues – you're never alone here. We have a rolling 4-week schedule with free days distributed throughout the period.
Your Role
We're currently looking for a diabetes specialist nurse who's excited to be part of shaping the future of primary care with us.
We're looking for a qualified diabetes specialist nurse with prescribing rights who wants to be part of building our team with their colleagues. The job involves not only individual patient care but also standard nursing tasks in primary care, such as telephone counseling, chat, reception work, health checks, and assessing acute patients. The work is largely independent, which means you can make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with multidisciplinary assessments where you, as a nurse, work together with the doctor and other professionals to assess the patients.

You who apply are a qualified nurse with education in diabetes, preferably with some experience. You're confident in both your person and profession and have a patient-focused approach. If you've worked at a healthcare center before, it's an advantage. You're meticulous in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and can adapt your tempo and methods to suit each situation. We value teamwork and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you're clear and trustworthy, with good ability to structure and prioritize. You're engaged and meticulous about always maintaining high quality in your work.
We have some weekend and evening shifts on our evening and weekend reception in Kristianstad, where you work with telephone counseling and physical visits in a team with doctors and nurses.
