We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Acronis. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners, resolving technical incidents, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical incidents related to Acronis Cyber Platform
- Perform technical analysis of issues and define action plans for fixing them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Maintain deep knowledge of Company operations to support partners' requests effectively
- Interact with various departments to analyze and resolve problems
- Meet and exceed KPIs set for the role
- 2 or more years of work experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience administering Windows Server
- Experience with Business applications (MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, NTP servers)
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX basics, CLI
- Awareness of modern Virtualization technologies
- Passion for troubleshooting and ability to come up with efficient solutions for complex cross-platform issues
- Good communication skills and customer focus
- Fluent English (both verbal and written) required
- Fluent Spanish (verbal and written)
