We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Sustainability Strategist to join our dynamic team at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions.
About the Role:
- Lead campaigns for supplier assessments and support buyers and suppliers for onboarding process.
- Participate in sustainability workstreams and develop new initiatives according to group needs.
- Develop an ESG risk approach focusing on human rights in the supply chain in close collaboration with corporate compliance.
- Support the implementation of the ESG risk management process, focusing on high-risk value chains/high-risk countries.
- Monitor supplier mitigation action plans in collaboration with buyers and corporate compliance.
- Monitor supply chain due diligence process.
- Develop and lead programs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and living wages in the supply chain in collaboration with corporate sustainability.
