**Job Overview**

Billing Supervisor, Southern Cone LATAM is responsible for the consistent operation of Billing, Invoicing, and Collections functions. Key duties include supervising Billing and Collections teams to ensure timely and accurate external customer billing, fiscal invoice issuance, and cash payment matching between Maestro & Fiscal invoices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise Billing and Collections team members to guarantee on-time and complete external customer billing
  • Evaluate internal billing processes to improve timeliness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with Finance/Local accountants to meet company deadlines and maintain compliance with Marken standards and local legislation
  • Analyze revenue improvement opportunities and cost savings potential

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Logistics industry experience preferable; specialist courier industry experience desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Billing, and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Lead or Supervisor
