International Sales Development Associate

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a vital role in our sales force by making outbound calls to cold call lists, engaging with prospective customers, and driving sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling Expertise: Conduct outbound sales calls to cold call lists with confidence and professionalism, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our products or services and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently, thinking critically and adapting to address questions or objections from customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in our database.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound sales or call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with customers, with proficiency in using dialer software (e.g., 59Dialer) or similar tools.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, with a results-oriented mindset and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $90,000 based on location and experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
