About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Identity Verification Expert to join our team at SupportYourApp. As an Identity Verification Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.
">Your Responsibilities

- User Verification: You will be responsible for handling user verifications on our platform, ensuring that all users meet our identity verification standards.">
- Communication: You will need to communicate effectively with users to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their account or the verification process.">
- Data Analysis: You will perform extra checks on user profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.">
- Data Preparation: You will compile, verify, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.">
- Research: You will research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided.">
- Quality Control: You will review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output to ensure quality.">
- Confidentiality: You will maintain the confidentiality of user information at all times.">
- Collaboration: You will work closely with developers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of identity verification processes.">
What We Are Looking For

- Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).">
- Relevant Experience: You should have proven experience in KYC or related compliance roles.">
- Analytical Skills: You should possess strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.">
- Positive Attitude: You should have a positive and responsible attitude towards your work.">
- Technical Requirements: You should have a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).">
