Sagan is an exclusive membership community connecting international talent with US-based businesses. We are seeking Outbound Life Insurance Sales Specialists to join our growing global team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to union members, introducing and selling life insurance.
- Engage prospects, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value of life insurance offerings and ensure a thorough understanding of benefits available through union affiliations.
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results.
- Respond confidently and effectively to customer inquiries or objections.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Prior experience in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
- Clear spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers, handle objections, and close sales.
- Familiarity with dialer software or other similar outbound sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
