International Insurance Sales Representative

Your RoleYou will be joining an elite team responsible for demonstrating best practices and testing new products and materials. This is a unique chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to the growth of the company.
Job Summary- You will receive inbound calls in French or Flemish, offering insurance solutions to customers who have purchased new appliances.
- Consumers will contact you to register their appliances, and your task will be to capture all relevant details and confirm the registration.
- Once registered, you will explain the legal warranty, offer consumer insurance, and additional insurance options.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial skills, knowledge of sales techniques, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work towards targets, and adapt to changes in products. You must also be a skilled communicator who can provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
- Registration of client's appliances, details, and information.
- Offering new or extended insurance to clients.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
- Strong customer-friendly approach.
- Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, and highly communicative.
- Excellent teamwork, proactive, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- High proficiency level of French + Flemish and English (B2) + Spanish (B1).
