About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Associate - Network Cash Collections Specialist to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for executing operational tasks independently and dealing with customers' queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of period close and financial records through proper execution of operational tasks
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and monitoring of financial transactions
- Cooperation and communication with internal and external customers
- Preparation of process documentation and working instructions
- Supporting other team members as backup and participating in the monthly close process
- Creation of intercompany invoicing and ensuring compliance with SAP Accounting Guidelines
- Timely and accurate customer billing and analysis of pending billing for potential quality issues
Requirements:
- University student with advanced written and spoken English skills
