About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Global Finance Shared Services team as a Finance Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the administration of SAP Cloud License and Maintenance Software contracts, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of SAP Cloud License and Maintenance Software contracts, focusing on Latin America.
  • Process new sales contracts, ensuring accurate and complete information in SAP systems.
  • Manage the billing cycle for new business, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Handle internal and external customer queries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues within stipulated SLAs.
  • Review sales opportunities to verify contracts and quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist the Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues and dispute cases.
  • Participate in monthly close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Finance, CFO, Contracting, Sales Teams, and other departments to drive process efficiency and improve team functionality.
  • Own strategic projects and initiatives to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Upper written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in finance is not essential, but it is a plus.
  • Customer focus and business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and capacity to develop collaborative work relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
