About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Finance Operations team in Buenos Aires. As a Finance Operations Associate, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring license entitlement, and providing post-sales support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders and ensure accurate entry into SAP systems
  • Verify license entitlement and ensure correct software access and license keys
  • Generate invoices and credit notes upon order completion
  • Provide post-sales support on contractual issues
  • Answer internal and external customer queries within agreed Service Level Agreements
Requirements
  • Current university student
  • Fluent in English
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to use own initiative
  • Organization and time management skills are essential
  • Team player, proactive, and responsible approach to customer support
