We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Operations Associate. As a key member of our Order to Invoice Software team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of orders and the accurate issuance of invoices and credit notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process incoming orders, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Ensure accurate license entitlements are entered into SAP systems
- Generate and issue invoices and credit notes
- Archiving of contractual documentation
- Provide post-sales support on contractual issues
- Answer internal and external customer queries within agreed SLAs
Requirements:
- Current university student
- Fluent in English
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to use own initiative
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to customer support
- Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail
