Job Description

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager - PC Automotive Sector is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Passenger Car division. This role requires a strong understanding of finance and insurance products, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to increase sales and penetration of MBF India products and services.
  2. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the PC automotive sector.
  3. Training and Development: Provide training and support to dealer sales executives and finance assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell and promote finance and insurance products.
  4. Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to new digital processes and credit activation processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Expert understanding of finance and insurance products in the PC automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of credit processes and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented and team-leading skills.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the automotive business or car finance field.
  • Expertise in finance and insurance products.
  • Strong understanding of credit underwriting and risk management.
