**Job Description:**
- Type: Freelance - able to invoice
- Location: Croatia
The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting German language speakers in the tech, SaaS, BPO, or iGaming industries. They will be proficient in Croatian/German English (spoken and written) and have access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with circa 10,000 connections.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing top-notch candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting interviews and assessing qualifications to determine the perfect fit for specific job roles
- Working directly with the Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements
- Maintaining a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and building lasting relationships with them
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed
- Keeping candidate profiles up-to-date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements include:
- Proficient in Croatian/German English (spoken and written)
- Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri GMT in line with UK office hours
- Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting German language speakers in the specified industries
- Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with circa 10,000 connections
- Stellar communication and people skills
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently
- Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
