**About the Role**

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales organization and play a pivotal role in our sales team, working towards capturing opportunities in the thriving and expansive Latvian market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively prospect and engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Manage prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships.
  • Manage the complete sales and upselling process, from initial contact to deal closure onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery for clients.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and routinely update the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the Latvian public procurement market, using industry insights to fuel sales strategies and growth.

**Requirements**

  • Strong experience in sales and high drive for results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Latvian language and English.
