Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Lead and mentor our internal marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Identify new marketing opportunities and trends, adapting our approach to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon.
Oversee email marketing campaigns and flows using Klaviyo, with a focus on strategic segmentation and personalization.
Direct landing page design, copywriting, and optimization efforts to maximize conversions and improve user experience.
Guide our social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement initiatives to build brand loyalty and drive sales.
Analyze campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI and business growth.
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager with a strong track record of driving growth for a DTC brand.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a remote team.
Strategic thinker with a talent for developing innovative marketing initiatives and staying ahead of the curve.
Deep understanding of Shopify and DTC E-Commerce, as well as digital advertising platforms and email marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like GA4.
Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making and drive business growth.
Experience in managing significant marketing budgets and resources.
Fluent in English and strong attention to detail.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team culture.
