Key Responsibilities- Develop and negotiate commercial proposals to meet the unique needs of our customers.
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and adapt your communication style accordingly.
- Investigate different scenarios to develop proposals that meet our customers' needs.
- Navigate the customer decision-making process to ensure timely completion of renewals.
- Deliver a friendly, harmonious, and efficient experience for all parties involved in the contract renewal process.
- Negotiate with customers to balance their needs with Avature's interests.
- Interact with various teams to understand account backgrounds and develop tailored offers.
- Review, understand, and document existing services provided to customers.
- Utilize our renewals process to deliver renewed contracts on time.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Affinity with numbers, with strong Excel skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Adaptable and fast learner.
- Background in procurement, accounting, or finance roles is a plus.
