About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Globalizando Talentos. As a Client Success Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven digital business strategies tailored to each client's specific market.
  • Initiative Development: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of tactical actions to drive business growth.
  • Task Management: Ensure service excellence through proper task assignment, responsibility allocation, and timing in line with both internal and external goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence: Create data dashboards to automate reporting and provide a view of each client's monthly objectives. Report on KPIs, identifying the best visualization methods through reports to gain insights and optimize strategies.
  • Budget Management: Estimate efforts with the client based on the strategy and allocate budgets to each area.
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, managing business objectives and high-volume clients.
  • Knowledge of acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies for digital businesses.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
  • Reporting experience with Data Studio.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to detect trends and insights from data sets.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling).
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Strong analysis and result interpretation skills.
