We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Globalizando Talentos. As a Client Success Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven digital business strategies tailored to each client's specific market.
- Initiative Development: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of tactical actions to drive business growth.
- Task Management: Ensure service excellence through proper task assignment, responsibility allocation, and timing in line with both internal and external goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
- Reporting and Business Intelligence: Create data dashboards to automate reporting and provide a view of each client's monthly objectives. Report on KPIs, identifying the best visualization methods through reports to gain insights and optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Estimate efforts with the client based on the strategy and allocate budgets to each area.
- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, managing business objectives and high-volume clients.
- Knowledge of acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies for digital businesses.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
- Reporting experience with Data Studio.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to detect trends and insights from data sets.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling).
- Adaptability, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Strong analysis and result interpretation skills.
