We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in LATAM, overseeing payroll operations and ensuring accurate and compliant processing for employees. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Brazil payroll processes, strong analytical capabilities, customer-service orientation, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Brazil employees, including data entry, calculations, and payroll processing in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including wage calculations, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide local payroll input to configure MyHR based on local requirements.

  • Stay updated on changes in Brazil labor laws, tax regulations, social security contributions, and other payroll-related legislation to ensure compliance and implement necessary updates in payroll processes.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the BSC departments to ensure accurate employee data, smooth integration of systems, and effective resolution of payroll-related issues.

Requirements
  • Advanced Portuguese language is required.

  • Intermediate English is required.
