We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in LATAM, overseeing payroll operations and ensuring accurate and compliant processing for employees. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Brazil payroll processes, strong analytical capabilities, customer-service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll operations for our Brazil employees, including data entry, calculations, and payroll processing in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including wage calculations, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Provide local payroll input to configure MyHR based on local requirements.
Stay updated on changes in Brazil labor laws, tax regulations, social security contributions, and other payroll-related legislation to ensure compliance and implement necessary updates in payroll processes.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the BSC departments to ensure accurate employee data, smooth integration of systems, and effective resolution of payroll-related issues.
Advanced Portuguese language is required.
Intermediate English is required.
