About the RoleWe're seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our team and drive the adoption of agile methodologies across our organization. As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools, facilitating all Scrum-related meetings, and working with product owners and stakeholders to develop roadmaps and manage backlogs.
Main Responsibilities- Guide strategic cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools
- Facilitate all Scrum-related meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and demos
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to develop roadmaps and manage backlogs
- Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management
- Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories
- Coach product owners, other Scrum Masters, and individual team members in opportunities for improvement in mindset and practices
- Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization, including communities of practice and leadership forums
- Co-create the agile standard for the business and socialize it as part of the overall change management plan
- Train the organization on agile values, practices, and tools
- Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to provide real-time insights into project metrics and performance
- Ensure configuration and maintenance of Azure DevOps environments to support agile project management and team workflows
- Facilitate the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the Azure DevOps setup
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 6+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams
- 6+ years of Scrum Master active experience
- 6+ years of experience/influence, engage teams & drive change
- Current professional certification in Agile Methodologies (RTE, Scrum Master) from a recognized Agile certifier
- Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
- ADO experience
- Self-starter with strong sense of urgency in delivering results
- Ability to work in a virtual team
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices
- Experience in a Sales Ops and Commercial environment preferred
