About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving our agile transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools.
  • Facilitate all Scrum-related meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and demos.
  • Work with product owners and teams to develop roadmaps and manage backlogs.
  • Monitor team backlogs and ensure they accurately reflect the current state of the sprint.
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
  • Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories.
  • Coach product owners, other Scrum Masters, and individual team members in opportunities for improvement in mindset and practices.
  • Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization.
  • Co-create the agile standard for the business and socialize it as part of the overall change management plan.
  • Train the organization on agile values, practices, and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • 6+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams.
  • 6+ years of Scrum Master active experience.
  • 6+ years of experience/influence, engage teams & drive change.
  • Current professional certification in Agile Methodologies (RTE, Scrum Master) from a recognized Agile certifier.
  • Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills.
  • ADO experience.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.
  • Experience as software Release Train Engineer or Scrum of Scrums Master.
  • Experience in a Trade Promotion Management (TPM environment preferred.
