About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in Brazil. As an Agile Coach, you'll play a key role in helping our teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies, driving business value and improving our overall performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coach and facilitate teams in all aspects of Agile mindset and execution, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches.
  • Act as primary coaching resource for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams, providing hands-on coaching and guidance.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and training modules for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, and Leadership.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Agile-related community of practice activities to drive shared learnings across the enterprise.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing Agile metrics and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to drive adoption of Agile methods and influence leadership and their teams throughout the organization.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 12+ years of professional experience and a minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 5-7 years of IT delivery experience, with +5 years working in an Agile Software Delivery Environment.
  • +3 years providing coaching to Agile Teams, and +1 year acting as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience working with Agile Project Teams, Scrum Teams, Kanban teams, and Product Teams.
  • Excellent training skills in classroom and virtual settings, using collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, or others.
  • Experience with Agile Life Cycle Management Tools, such as JIRA or AzureDevOps.
  • Strong virtual meeting facilitation, interpersonal communication, training, negotiation, and presentation skills.
