Job Summary:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients regarding operating system issues. You will communicate with clients to identify problems, conduct screenshare sessions, and ensure all desktop computer systems are working properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Conduct screenshare sessions to resolve client issues
- Ensure all desktop computer systems are working properly
- Refer unresolved issues to higher officials and provide suggestions
- Maintain and update records of issues and solutions
- Make reports of customer queries
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Regularly maintain organizational assets (computers, laptops, peripherals)
- Responsible for maintaining records of issues and solutions, user training, basic network support, emergency support, security compliance, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or related role
- Exceptional knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS systems
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems and peripherals
- Experience with various network connections addressing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries
- Proficient knowledge of antivirus software
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Experience:
- Soporte Técnico: 5 years (preferred)
