Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
* Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
* Implement processes to ensure successful delivery
* Lead and motivate the development team
* Identify and address critical delivery issues
* Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates
* Manage client feedback and address issues promptly
* Develop and manage project estimates and budgets
* Monitor project financials
* Prepare financial reports and forecasts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
* Minimum 6 years of experience in project management
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end
* Experience working cross-functionally with software developers, delivery/project managers, and account managers
* Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes
* Strong financial knowledge and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
* High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail
* Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate, and influence across multiple stakeholders
* Excellent client management skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Upper-intermediate English level
