Onboarding Optimization Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding at Flipdish. As the initial point of contact post-sales, you will shape our clients' first impressions and set the tone for their journey with us.
Your adaptability and depth of knowledge will be crucial in catering to varying learning styles, guiding clients through our processes at their own pace. You will understand the importance of personalized support, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key responsibilities:- Be the ultimate owner of the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless activation of our top strategic Flipdish clients.
- Provide regular status updates to the wider team, keeping CRM information up-to-date, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Become a Flipdish product guru, knowing all the ins-and-outs of how customer accounts are set up and configured to meet their specific requirements.
- Be the face of Flipdish for customer-facing onboarding communication, meetings, and problem-solving, ensuring the customer knows what is happening at all times.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Success, Field Implementation, Hardware, and Logistics teams to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for our customers.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing onboarding, customer success, account management, or project management.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored support.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organize, respond, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills, with a strong understanding of system configurability and the ability to deliver customized solutions.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage challenging customer situations.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, to work with our customers across different countries.
