**Overview**
As a Design Expert at Media Monks, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging, innovative, and interactive experiences. Our incredible range of work frequently includes digital executions, but we also collaborate with clients to develop holistic solutions that integrate physical and digital components. The role is an exciting blend of visual design and interaction design, where you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and collaborate with culturally and geographically diverse cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead 1-2 small to medium-sized projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, including assisting in the day-to-day development and creation of all design deliverables and presentations for assigned projects.
- Develop strong understanding and application of visual design principles and interaction design principles.
- Define overall visual design language, visual design systems, guidelines, and a strong approach to animation design, working on typography, color schemes, layout, imagery, interactive elements, and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with visual designers, interaction designers, UX designers, art directors, writers, strategists, motion designers, and developers to translate user needs into functional and effective design solutions.
- Regularly communicate with teams about project status and finding creative solutions to issues that arise with oversight from Creative Directors or Associate Creative Directors.
**Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience preferably in a digital agency or design studio environment with a comprehensive portfolio.
- Advanced skills in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint. 3D or Motion Design experience is a plus.
