About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor for our BTP Customer Success Partners team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and ensuring that our customers get the most value out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to increase their consumption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and coordinate activities with the Account Team to build a joint outcome-based plan.
  • Deliver expertise in digital transformation and advise on technical and business architectures to ensure alignment with SAP's strategy and roadmap.
  • Act as the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact and orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers by leveraging assets of the SAP BTP engagement model.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
  • Provide recommendations and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP's strategy and roadmap.
  • Act as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, and Partners.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting.
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (PaaS) and providers.
  • Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
  • Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.
  • Multi-lingual skills are a plus, depending on the region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
