Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to customer accounts in a dynamic, structured service environment.
Resolve product or service questions by employing probing techniques, identifying the root cause of issues, and selecting the most effective solutions to foster brand loyalty.
Cultivate and enhance customer relationships with every interaction, resulting in measurable customer satisfaction.
Record essential account details and propose tailored solutions that benefit the customer.
Achieve outstanding results as measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
Follow up on customer calls to ensure case resolution.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in both written and spoken advanced French; English is also required.
This role operates within a Monday to Friday schedule, with availability expected between 8am-8pm, including some holidays or weekends.
Experience in customer service with a passion for fostering customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong communication skills.
Proven consultative experience, ability to influence, and resourcefulness.
Outstanding listening and relationship-building abilities.
Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with strong multitasking and navigation skills in a digital setting.
Creative problem-solving skills, eager to discover customized solutions.
Experience in owning or working in a small business is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
