Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer assistance through email communication
  • Foster positive and enduring relationships with clients
  • Efficiently handle and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Stay informed about current market trends
  • Safeguard sensitive customer information
  • Implement the latest customer satisfaction strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients' offerings
  • Continuously pursue enhancements to boost team performance

Qualifications for Success:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level required for both)
  • Proficient in Excel is essential
  • Background in logistics or transportation is preferred
  • Strong logical reasoning skills
  • Analytical and research capabilities
  • Positive and accountable demeanor
  • Personal laptop or computer (ideally a Windows laptop with 16GB of RAM) and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Additional Assets:

  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Basic coding knowledge (preferably Python)
  • Familiarity with standard logistics software
