Air Liquide is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that welcomes employees from all backgrounds. As a Global Workday Talent Support, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the implementation and maintenance of Workday across multiple regions.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting end-user issues, configuring changes in Workday, providing clear answers to requesters, involving other teams in troubleshooting issues if needed, updating documentation, and respecting Service Level Agreements on each ticket.
You will also be involved in analyzing release content, animating enhancements and testing them with customers, updating documentation accordingly, participating in the training of HR users, ensuring documentation is updated after each change on Talent Modules, and communicating updates to CoE teams.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. You should have experience working on an International HRIS environment with cross-functional teams, familiar knowledge of HRIS regular update cycles with Workday, and ability to work with vendors or external support to provide high-quality HRIS support.
