Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Black Dragon Capital. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media and marketing plans and strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media and marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and publish engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing events and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Maintain marketing materials and assets.
  • Optimize SEO and track performance using advanced metrics.
  • Possess basic video editing skills to create social media snippets.
  • Experience in Wix website designing, updates, and maintenance.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal teams to generate company-approved press releases.
  • Ensure proper backup of all website files.
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
Requirements:
  • Social Media Marketing experience is required.
  • Complete mastery of writing and speaking English.
  • Experience in SEO.
  • Experience with social media platforms and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficient in various media and graphic design software.
  • Independent, proactive, and intelligent.
  • Highly organized and able to quickly learn new material.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong conceptual and execution skills, with a focus on branding.
  • Highly creative, motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • History of designing persuasive digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with a content management system.
  • Strong project management skills.
