Job Overview
Fujifilm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to manage and lead our Generalist Sales Team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving region sales targets for Bioproduction, Cell & Gene Therapy, Recombinant Growth Factors, Wako Lab Chemicals, and Wako Pyrogen Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Generalist Sales Team to achieve region sales targets
- Guide Generalist Sales Team to support assigned distribution partners in the region
- Perform Funnel Reviews on a routine basis with Generalist Sales Team
- Provide information to internal teams on customer feedback, market updates, and competitor information
- Complete all assigned training and classes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales management experience
- Biotech, Pharma, Life Sciences industry experience preferred
- Experience building sales teams
- Understanding of sales process and definitions
