Key Responsibilities- Outage Management: Handle disturbances and planned works within the OMS, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to services.
- Trouble Call Processing: Process trouble calls and dispatch crews for resolution, maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Service Quality Metrics: Calculate service quality metrics such as SAIDI and CAIDI, providing valuable insights for improvement.
- Outage Reporting: Generate outage reports and maintain lists of affected customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- System Integration: Develop and maintain interfaces using Web Services to integrate with CRM, Asset Management, and Workforce Management systems, enhancing overall system efficiency.
- Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with customers to understand their OMS business processes and requirements, adapting and parameterizing OMS processes to meet their needs.
- Customization and Development: Customize Web SDK UIs and define/adapt Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) interfaces, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Engineering and Maintenance: Contribute to Statements of Work (SOW), engineering activities, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and ongoing maintenance of the OMS, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- OMS Business Processes: Proficiency in OMS business processes and integration analysis, ensuring a deep understanding of system functionality.
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Experience with SOA and Web Services, enabling effective system integration and customization.
- WebSDK Engineering: Strong knowledge and expertise in WebSDK engineering for customizing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Software Development Methodologies: Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective development processes.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for developing custom OMS functionalities and integrations.
- Scripting Languages: Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or TypeScript for WebSDK customization and frontend development.
- SQL: Experience with SQL for database operations and data manipulation within the OMS environment.
- English Proficiency: English Proficiency, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
