At World Business Lenders, LLC, we're seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to spearhead the development and maintenance of our Thunderbird platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the backend of our website, built on PHP, and ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot on the frontend. Your expertise in managing marketing ad campaigns and SEO will be crucial in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

· Continuously innovate and improve the Thunderbird platform.

· Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining the Thunderbird platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions.

· Oversee the website's backend development, focusing on PHP, and manage HubSpot connectivity on the frontend.

· Manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

· Track and analyze campaign performance data, including website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

· Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.

· Write email templates in English for automated client communications.

· Proactively identify and resolve application bugs impacting project performance.

· Take ownership of creating new designs and features with minimal oversight, promoting a culture of innovation within the team.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, set priorities, and deliver comprehensive solutions.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

· Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation related to project architecture, development processes, and coding standards.

· Manage project timelines, resources, and risk assessments to ensure timely delivery within budget.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team development, and providing mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Lead Developer, with a strong background in PHP development and front-end technologies.

· Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or Marketing Manager.

· Familiarity with HubSpot integration, including automated email sending, web application development, and CMS management.

· Knowledge of Zapier for front-end workflow management.

· Strong understanding of web development processes, from user interface to relational database structures.

· Proficiency in code versioning tools, specifically GitHub, and experience in code review processes.

· Ability to lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· A portfolio of successful projects demonstrating the ability to manage complex web development projects from conception to delivery.

· Ability to solve technical problems outside regular working hours if necessary.

· Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms.

· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.

· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
