Software Development and Digital Marketing Lead

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Software Development and Digital Marketing Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of our web platform. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our users.
About the JobWe are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining our web platform, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Continuously innovate and improve the Thunderbird platform/service
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of the Thunderbird platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions
- Oversee the website's backend development, focusing on PHP, and manage HubSpot connectivity on the frontend
- Manage ad campaigns run on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Track and analyze campaign performance data, including website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and ROI
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Lead Developer, with a strong background in PHP development and front-end technologies
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or Marketing Manager
- Familiarity with HubSpot integration with sending automated emails, building web applications, and managing the CMS
- Knowledge of Zapier to manage front-end workflows
- Strong understanding of web development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
- Proficiency in code versioning tools, specifically GitHub, and experience in code review processes
