The Order to Cash Team Lead is a critical position within our Business Service Center, responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit and Collections teams.
This role reports directly to the OTC Supervisor and plays a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of process activities while adhering to accounting standards and Group policy.
Key responsibilities include processing customer invoices and credit notes, collecting money from customers, pushing for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with internal control.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in finance, specifically in accounts receivable, and possess strong team coordination skills. English language proficiency is required, with Spanish mandatory and other languages preferred.
