Sales Director, B2B SaaS Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive our Americas Sales team forward. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our B2B SaaS sales efforts, partnering with large institutions to deliver innovative solutions across the electronics supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing significant enterprise agreements.
- Build and execute a repeatable solution selling motion, discovering high-value customer use cases and positioning SiliconExpert solutions.
- Develop processes and KPIs to accurately forecast and deliver on pipeline creation, new logo growth, and ACV growth.
- Partner with marketing, product, technology, and customer experience functions to execute and iterate on our go-to-market strategy.
- Create and execute business plans for key Americas customers and strategic selling programs.
- Develop deep knowledge and relationships across partners and channels to extend our reach and multiply the value of our solutions.
- Foster individual growth and development within the sales team, setting objectives, performance standards, and priorities while coaching and acting as a role model.
- Adeptly manage an ROI-based approach to identifying and executing strategic plans for new market segments, competitive opportunities, and new solution offerings.
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive-level customers to elevate strategic engagement and business outcomes.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or MBA.
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS selling experience, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep experience selling B2B software and data solutions into large enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling B2B SaaS sales teams with measurable success scaling revenue and growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data-driven growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
