We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our Americas Sales team, driving innovation and growth across the electronics supply chain.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales processes and tools.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.

About You:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Detailed understanding of the electronics industry and its trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with a valid driver's license.
