At SAP, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Fund Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting Customer Success Teams in the tracking of cloud fund consumption and the generation of balance statements for Private Cloud Deals.
About the RoleYour daily tasks will involve close collaboration with the sales team, handling change requests pertaining to infrastructure, software/licenses, Cloud Application Services, and other supplementary services. Towards the end of the month, you will gather the requested changes to the fund and perform different checks and analysis to manually create Balance Statements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare contract documents to start changes in consumption of infrastructure, software licenses, and services as required by the customer.
- Prepare monthly Balance Statements and manage Fund balances.
- Reviewing incoming inquiries and perform calculations checking against contractual documents and consumption records.
- Be dedicated point of contact for internal customers for consumption related topics.
- Proactively interacts with other SAP support functions (O2I/ Sales/IT-Support/Commercial, Provisioning, Revenue Recognition).
- Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team.
We're looking for an individual with analytical profile and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on high-quality results. Knowledge of SAP systems and its usage is also essential. Commercial Private Cloud knowledge is preferred, as well as advanced Excel knowledge (VBA), Power BI, Outlook, and PPT.
