We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Management Consultant to join our Dealer Development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and sharing customer, industry, and competitor data. You will analyze market development, distribution, and trends, and provide strategic recommendations to support Dealer Management. You will also consolidate local statistical data, implement new analytical tools, and secure their efficient use in DM.
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and sharing customer, industry, and competitor data, ensuring data quality and availability. You will analyze market development, distribution, and trends, structural data, etc., to support the DM. You will consolidate local statistical data to support Dealer Management, implement new analytical tools, and secure their efficient use in DM. You will coordinate and participate in yearly dealer standard processes, administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO's dealer network, and develop new programs and projects to support Dealer Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and share customer, industry, and competitor data, ensuring data quality and availability
- Analyze market development, distribution, and trends, structural data, etc., to support the DM
- Consolidate local statistical data to support Dealer Management, implement new analytical tools, and secure their efficient use in DM
- Coordinate and participate in yearly dealer standard processes, administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO's dealer network, and develop new programs and projects to support Dealer Management
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with very good analytical skills and affinity to numbers. The ideal candidate should be autonomous, well-structured, and diligent in their work standard. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dealer Development Area in Agriculture or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry is required. Strong language skills (relevant English and Spanish) and experience in project management and rollout are essential.
