Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries via various contact channels such as phone, email, social media, or chat. You will provide correct information about products, services, and policies, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives, actively contributing to team and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. You will be able to manage stressful situations and remain calm under pressure, adapting quickly to changing circumstances. A 'can-do' attitude, accountability, and good judgement are essential qualities for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including free parking, incremental holiday allowance, staff discount on JD Group and other brands within the organisation, pension scheme, and personal development opportunities.
