About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via chats and emails, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to meet team KPIs, share knowledge, and best practices to ensure seamless customer support.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
  5. Security and Confidentiality: Securely work with customers' sensitive information, adhering to our company's data protection policies.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Apply the latest customer happiness practices and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken).
  2. Analytical and Research Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
  3. Positive Attitude: Possess a positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
  4. Technical Requirements: Have a personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Customer Service Experience: Possess experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role.
  2. CRM Systems: Have experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their functionality and benefits.
