Join our team as a Healthcare Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced product strategist to lead the development of healthcare-focused solutions at Capgemini. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers, patients, and payers.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Assist in defining and executing the product strategy for healthcare-focused solutions, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to understand healthcare industry trends, user needs, and competitive products. Gather insights from stakeholders (clinical teams, customers, and end-users) to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that product requirements are met and that all aspects of the product development process are aligned.

Requirements Definition:

Help define and document detailed product requirements based on user feedback and business goals. Ensure that product features are well-defined and actionable for the development team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with some exposure to the healthcare sector (healthtech, telemedicine, EHR/EMR systems, healthcare applications, or similar).
  • Healthcare Knowledge: A basic understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare systems, and key regulations (e.g., HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act, FDA guidelines).
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development processes (Scrum, Kanban) and experience using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha, etc.).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and user needs.
