About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Digital MD&A Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning assigned MD&A projects, providing IT due diligence, coordinating with functional teams, and leading cross-functional IT project teams. Your expertise in IT and business processes will enable you to develop strategic relationships with various stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional results.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Owns assigned MD&A projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Provides IT due diligence on potential MD&A projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Coordinates with functional teams to build cross-functional IT teams for MD&A execution
  • Leads cross-functional IT project teams, driving collaboration and ensuring project success
  • Develops strategic relationships with stakeholders, including Legal, Financial, and Corporate Development teams
  • Engages with buyers/sellers on behalf of K-C, navigating complex business transactions
  • Updates and maintains the MD&A Playbook for DTS, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement


Key Qualifications and Experiences:



  • 7+ years of IT experience, with a deep understanding of key business processes and technologies
  • Broad IT experience with depth in at least two areas, including software development, data analytics, and IT service management
  • Experience in large, complex consumer-oriented industries, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Experience leading complex initiatives requiring coordination across multiple functional workstreams
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering value and driving business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment and make informed decisions
  • History of delivering value and driving business growth, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
