Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a Commission-Based Legal Recruiter to join our team as a remote worker. You will source and place high-caliber legal professionals, earning a fixed commission for each successful placement.

You will have access to Hunt Hive Talent's resources, brand reputation, and established client relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing Top Talent: Identify and engage top attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals through multiple channels (online platforms, referrals, legal networks). Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for a variety of legal roles, including law firm and in-house positions.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Guide legal candidates through the recruitment process, providing transparent communication and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain clear communication among candidates, law firms, and corporate legal departments.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with Hunt Hive Talent's internal staff and fellow recruiters to match candidates with current legal openings. Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups in an organized, timely manner.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the legal hiring landscape, including salary trends, market demands, and emerging practice areas. Offer data-backed insights to refine Hunt Hive Talent's approach to legal recruiting and client engagement.
  5. Placement Documentation: Track each candidate's progress through interviews and onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation. Earn a flat-fee commission for each successful placement paid on a per-hire basis.
Requirements
  1. Background: Minimum 2 years in legal recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. Background placing attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals is strongly preferred.
  2. Candidate Pool: Proven ability to source niche or specialized talent within the legal sector (e.g., litigation, corporate, IP, etc.) or a well-established candidate network.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; adept at relationship-building with attorneys and senior stakeholders.
  4. Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with both Hunt Hive Talent's internal recruiters and external collaborators to meet hiring goals.
  5. Technical Competence: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and professional networks (LinkedIn, legal job boards, bar association resources).
  6. Self-Directed: Self-directed, able to prioritize effectively, and manage a remote workload across multiple candidate pipelines.
  7. Results-Oriented: Motivated by making successful placements, meeting targets, and benefiting from a flat-fee compensation model.
